The MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship is aimed at Pakistani high school graduates with 12 years of education who want to earn a Bachelor's degree in Japan. The Embassy of Japan runs the first screening: a written test and an interview for shortlisted candidates in Islamabad or Karachi.
