Partners in Education matches qualified Rockwood juniors with professionals in a career area of interest. Individual or team work may involve business tasks, laboratory research, engineering, public policy or creative projects. The flyer describes an average of 6–8 weeks at 15–20 hours weekly, with orientation, training and workshops, assignments and evaluation of career skills. Acceptance does not guarantee a placement; the actual business worksite is assigned later.
