A programme of paid work experience, up to two weeks of employability training and a business mentor for Year 12 and S5 students on free school meals or a bursary, run in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Bradford, Glasgow, Edinburgh and other locations. Applications for 2026/27 are open.

Participants take part in paid work experience with an employer partner in the school holidays, employability skills workshops, a mentor and alumni events. Sector programmes include Business and Finance, Business and Technology, Tech Futures, STEM Futures, Impactful Futures, Data Driven Futures, Private Equity Futures and Real Estate Futures.
