Element one: study online for the CISI Level 2 Award in Fundamentals of Financial Services (one-hour computer-based exam). Element two: four 2-hour face-to-face workshops at firms' City offices. Element three: three 2-hour employability workshops with industry mentors (CVs, personal statements, pitching, interviews). Insight days such as PGIM Inspire for 17–18-year-olds.
