DPR Construction Build Up high-school internship, 2027

Build Up combines 35–40 hours of weekly work on an active construction site with structured mentoring and an eight-week capstone project. Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, document control, project tracking, quality inspections, site walks, schedule updates and safety training. Assignments are entry-level and may be completed alongside mentors or independently. The program also develops communication, teamwork and presentation skills. The site links a previous location list; exact 2027 jobsites and dates remain not yet published. An application may display the Santa Clara headquarters while being routed to a site near the applicant's address.
