2% Additional State Grant Quota for Applicants with Disabilities (Bachelor's Admission) 2027

Applicants with a group I or II disability compete for extra tuition-free state-grant places equal to 2% of state-grant admissions at Uzbek universities, and they pay no test fee.

Under Article 40 of Law No. 641 on the rights of persons with disabilities, an additional quota equal to 2% of all state-grant admissions is set for persons with disabilities. Admission within this quota follows entrance exam results. According to UzBMB, applicants are recommended within the quota if they score at least 30% of the maximum possible score, in strict score order. Applicants not admitted within the quota take part in the general competition with their scores. Exam venues must be accessible, and sign-language interpreters must be provided for applicants with hearing or speech impairments.
