Korea's oldest national science fair (since 1949), where students present their own research projects in physics, chemistry, biology, earth and environment, or industry and energy.

The National Science Exhibition rewards in-depth, self-designed scientific research. Entries compete in five divisions: physics, chemistry, biology, earth and environment, and industry and energy (including SW/IT convergence). National finalists set up a display, are interviewed by judges, and around 300 awards are given, including the President's Award and Prime Minister's Award.
