KSEF 2027 National Division (Korea Science & Engineering Fair)

Korean science and engineering project fair (24th edition in 2027) where students present their own research in person; results are used to select Korean delegations to international fairs such as ISEF, EUCYS and Genius Olympiad.

Participants present their research project in Korean (PPT, on-site only) to judges in one of 14 categories across natural science (physics, biology, mathematics, earth/environment, chemistry), applied science (engineering, robotics/AI, energy/materials, applied life science, medicine/health, systems/software, environmental engineering) and convergence science (invention/design, humanities/social science/arts). Gold, silver, bronze and honourable mention awards are given in Junior (G5-G8) and Senior (G9-G12) divisions, plus an overall first prize of KRW 1,000,000 and special awards. Based on results, Senior students can be recommended to ISEF, EUCYS, Genius Olympiad, TISF and other international fairs.
