"Kelajak kasblari" Course Subsidy for Youth Register Members 2026

Under the "Kelajak kasblari" (Professions of the Future) project, youth on the Youth Register can get a monthly subsidy of up to four times the base calculation amount (up to 1.2 million soʻm) for courses of up to six months in modern professions, IT or foreign languages. Under the "1+1" principle, a profession or IT course can be subsidised together with a foreign-language course at the same time. The mahalla youth leader checks at least once a month that the student actually attends; the subsidy stops if they do not.
