Reimbursement of International IT Certificate Costs for Youth (IT-Istedod) 2026

Young citizens of Uzbekistan aged 14–30 who earn an approved international IT certificate can claim back up to 60% of their course and exam costs, or up to 100% for professional-level certificates if they hold English at B2 or above. Applications are filed online at any time.

The scheme is set by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 95 of 17 February 2024 and paid from the Digital Technologies Development Fund. The Ministry of Digital Technologies is the responsible body and its Digital Education Development Centre handles applications. Up to 60% of study and certificate costs is reimbursed in general; professional-level international IT certificates are reimbursed in full for applicants with an English certificate at B2 or above. Only certificates on the approved list qualify; the IT-Istedod site reports 10,886 applications, 4,931+ people reimbursed and 18 billion so'm paid back.
