HEC Undergraduate Scholarships for Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA (Phase-III) 2026-27

HEC awards undergraduate scholarships in all disciplines to students with a Balochistan or erstwhile FATA domicile who have finished FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com/DAE with at least 60%. HEC says a further 1,000 scholarships will be advertised for session 2026-27.

Under the project Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA (Phase-III), HEC aims to award 5,000 undergraduate scholarships, split 50:50 between Balochistan and erstwhile FATA. Selected students enrol in HEC-recognised universities of other provinces, and HEC supports them by paying tuition fee and other living expenses. Merit is calculated as Matric marks 20%, FSc marks 30% and HEC aptitude test score 50%. Students already enrolled in a bachelor's programme may also apply.
