GEEKK (Technology Innovation High School-University Education for Next-Generation Geeks) is the University of Kitakyushu's JST STELLA program at its Hibikino campus. It has three stages: Entry (open, online), Geeks (40 students, 48 hours: guidance, verbalisation training, programming exercises and dialogue with professors on tech-based problem solving) and Expert (13 students selected from Geeks completers) where students pursue their own themes in labs, plus chances to enter robot contests. The program lasts up to about two years.
