一般社団法人パーラメンタリーディベート人財育成協会 (Parliamentary Debate Personnel Development Association, PDA)
- Grades 10–12
- Fee: ¥30,000
Competition · Hybrid
A free national contest in which high school teams of 1-4 propose a plan to revitalize their own town through tourism, submitting a proposal and a presentation video; five finalist teams present at Tamagawa University.
Organized by the High School Tourism Challenge Executive Committee and planned by Tamagawa University's College of Tourism and College of Education, with support requested from the Japan Tourism Agency. The 2026 theme is a plan to revitalize your 'town' through tourism: the town must be a municipality, the plan must include at least one SDG, and it must not be a mere travel itinerary. Judging covers originality, analysis, logic, planning, sense of mission and presentation. Five awards include the Japan Tourism Agency Commissioner's Award (application pending) and the Tamagawa University President's Award.
