Nara University's national research contest for high school students on history and geography (including literature, cultural properties, people and local communities). Top reports are presented at a forum in Nara.
Original research reports on themes centred on geography and history. Excellent and commended reports are selected; excellent-prize winners present at the forum (streamed on YouTube), with the President's Prize and Governor's Prize among the awards. All entrants receive the proceedings and a participation gift.
