Kyobo Foundation for Education and Seoul National University's TDCL lab run a six-session creativity and leadership academy for up to 30 teens each winter and summer break.
CHANGE (체.인.지) is Kyobo Life and Kyobo Foundation for Education's youth leadership programme. Over six sessions at Seoul National University's Gwanak campus and the Kyobo Life building in Gwanghwamun, participants learn about creativity, creative problem solving, leadership and collaboration, plan and present a social problem-solving project, and take a creative leadership and global talent diagnostic test with individual feedback. Graduates can apply for the foundation's Korea-Japan youth exchange and join homecoming events.
