Korea's national youth policy body under the Framework Act on Youth: selected young members spend the year researching issues and present policy proposals to the government at the annual Youth Special Council.
The Youth Special Council (청소년특별회의) brings together young people and youth experts to set and review government-wide youth policy. Members identify policy tasks to propose to the government, check how previous proposals have been implemented, monitor youth opinion online and attend the council's main events, including the election of a youth chair group.
