Design-Con is the kosen design competition organised by the Japan Association of National Colleges of Technology, held each year by a host kosen. 2026 divisions: Space Design (reusing disused buildings), Structural Design (deployable emergency bridge models), Creative Design (community solutions), AM Design (3D CAD and 3D printing) and Pre-Design-Con (perspective drawings, tote-bag design and 3D-printed works for younger students). Preliminary winners present at the final.
