A one-time educational or community-service grant for US and territory high-school seniors, with category selection, essays and a required virtual award ceremony.
The 2026 Youth Awards recognize academic achievement, community contribution and demonstrated interests in Community Service, Engineering, Entrepreneurship and Green categories. Additional categories may be added during the award season. Gold, Silver and Bronze recipients receive a one-time educational grant of up to $4,000, depending on category, for college education or a community-service effort. Regional recipients must attend a virtual awards ceremony, with a national recipient also selected in each category. Recipients join the Foundation’s LOFT network for mentoring, resources and career connections. The same application automatically includes Haz La U; this is not a second application. Applicants may select more than one category and must complete the relevant responses. Reviewed rules do not enumerate permitted college or community-project countries; confirm the intended institution/project and benefit-location conditions.
