The Government of Oman offers two fully funded undergraduate seats to Pakistani students, nominated by HEC from applicants who finished HSSC with at least 75% and hold a valid USAT score.
HEC invites applications from Pakistani/AJK nationals for the Omani Scholarship Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation. The Government of Oman allocated two undergraduate seats for Pakistan in 2026-27. The grant does not cover Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences or Education, but includes all non-government higher education institutions in Oman. Nomination depends on a valid USAT score; no separate USAT is held for this scholarship.
