Hamdard Foundation Pakistan awards the Shaheed Hakim Mohammed Said Memorial Scholarship every year to fresh Matric pass and Inter pass students on merit-cum-need basis: Rs. 50,000 a year for Matric and Rs. 75,000 a year for Intermediate. The official page gives no dates.
Hamdard Foundation Pakistan started the Shaheed Hakim Mohammed Said Memorial Scholarships in 2002-03 for a limited number of Matric pass and Inter pass students of the Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta boards. It now offers the scholarship to students of all 26 government boards of matriculation and intermediate. A fresh batch is awarded every year on merit-cum-need basis. Matric students receive Rs. 50,000 a year and Intermediate students Rs. 75,000 a year.
