A one-day hackathon on 2 February 2027 at the University of Leeds in which Year 12 students form teams to solve real-world problems using technology and generative AI, with a campus tour and lunch included.

Teams work through a design phase (with GenAI tools) and a development phase, followed by judging and a Q&A with current Computer Science undergraduates. Participants are introduced to University of Leeds research on Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and take a campus tour.
