China's Chinese Government Scholarship, nominated through HEC, offers Pakistani Intermediate/A Level graduates fully funded Bachelor's study at Chinese universities. HEC listed 35 Bachelor's seats for 2026-27.
The China Scholarship Council (CSC) offered 75 scholarship seats in 2026-27 for Pakistani students (35 Bachelor's, 25 Master's, 15 PhD), and HEC is the nominating agency. Undergraduate applicants need a valid HEC USAT score and the CSCA score report, and must hold a pre-admission document from a Chinese university. HEC says applicants applying directly under Type-B or other Chinese schemes are responsible for their own applications.
