Teams represent countries in English-language committee sessions; the 2026 final topic was sustainable development in the AI era. Every applicant team takes part in the online qualifier; about 80 teams reach the final. In 2026, 3 teams per committee (6 in total) earned places in the association's support programme for the high school MUN international conference in New York (with a March policy presentation and a May report meeting), limited to one team per school.
