UC San Diego ENLACE Summer Research — 2027

ENLACE places students in UC San Diego laboratories in pairs, based on their stated interests and laboratory availability. Research areas include engineering, computing/data, physical/biological sciences and oceanography; the current FAQ excludes general medical/health-science laboratories. Typical research is weekdays 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with reading and experiment-specific timing. Workshops, scientist lectures and planned local field trips complement the laboratory work.
