Shinhan Scholarship Foundation selects students entering their third year of middle school who face financial hardship and supports them every year until they finish high school.

The general scholarship (일반 장학사업) helps students with financial difficulties keep studying and grow into future talent. Scholars receive an annual study allowance and join career and admissions mentoring, guest lectures, scholarship camps and a student council. Eligibility is reviewed once a year.
