An Ontario government contest for students aged 13-19 to make an original 2-minute video about working safely on the job, with $1,000 for the winning team and $1,000 for its school or community centre.
Students make an original video of no more than 2 minutes on identifying hazards, raising awareness of workplace safety or another safety message. A ministry panel scores impact, message clarity and presentation. The winner receives $1,000 for the entrant(s) and $1,000 for the school or community centre; one runner-up gets a certificate. The winner is entered automatically into the Canadian finals.
