J.D. Irving and NBCC offer the award in support of diverse students entering eligible programs related to J.D. Irving operations, such as business, engineering technology, trades and welding. It is renewable with a passing grade in every course, and recipients are encouraged to consider work placements with the J.D. Irving group.
