French Pop Video Competition 2027 (Institut français du Royaume-Uni)

A national competition in which classes of French learners write an original French song and film a music video. The Institut français du Royaume-Uni hosts the award ceremony and concert in London.

Students create their own song (music and lyrics) in French and shoot a video. Entries are judged by age category (for example 12-15 and 16-18) and national winners are announced at a ceremony and pop concert in London. In 2025, 41 videos involving more than 300 pupils took part.
