A national contest within the "Five Million AI Leaders" project of Uzbekistan's Ministry of Digital Technologies that rewards the most active pupils, students, informatics teachers, schools and universities learning AI on the aileaders.uz platform. A new round has not been announced.
The "Five Million AI Leaders" project was launched on the President's initiative; its aileaders.uz platform gathers online courses in AI, programming and other digital fields from partners such as Coursera, Oracle, AWS, Huawei and DataCamp (the former uzbekcoders.uz address now redirects to it). The national contest had categories for the most active university, school, informatics teacher and participant. In 2026, 705 pupils, 116 students and 9 young people won in the "most active participant" category and received laptops, tablets and other valuable devices; the two most active schools were to receive an electric car as the "President's gift".
