British Council Pakistan (funded by the Scottish Government)
A Scottish Government-funded scholarship, run by the British Council in Pakistan, that pays tuition and hostel costs for women starting a four-year bachelor's degree at an HEC-recognised university in Pakistan in selected fields. The 2026 round has closed; the next round is not yet announced.

Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan with Tempus Public Foundation (Hungarian Government)
The Hungarian Government's Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship lets Pakistani school leavers study a Bachelor's degree at a Hungarian university; HEC nominates Pakistani applicants. HEC listed 200 Bachelor's seats for 2026-27.

Hamdard Foundation Pakistan awards the Shaheed Hakim Mohammed Said Memorial Scholarship every year to fresh Matric pass and Inter pass students on merit-cum-need basis: Rs. 50,000 a year for Matric and Rs. 75,000 a year for Intermediate. The official page gives no dates.

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education awards meritorious scholarships every year to 160 SSC and 160 HSSC students. Notified students submit an online application, and the 2026 list is not yet on the Board's page.
Forman Christian College (A Chartered University), Intermediate Programme
Forman Christian College (FCCU) Lahore offers tuition merit scholarships to high achievers of the SSC (Matric) examination and need-based financial aid to students joining its two-year Intermediate programme (boys only). The 2027 admission session has not been announced.
