The Hungarian Government's Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship lets Pakistani school leavers study a Bachelor's degree at a Hungarian university; HEC nominates Pakistani applicants. HEC listed 200 Bachelor's seats for 2026-27.
Stipendium Hungaricum is the Hungarian Government's scholarship programme for students from partner countries, and Pakistan is a partner through HEC. For 2026-27 HEC offered 200 Bachelor's seats in all available disciplines, plus one-tier Master's, Master's and PhD seats. Students choose up to two programmes at Hungarian universities, and HEC nominates the best applicants based on its written test (USAT for Bachelor's). Final awards are decided by Tempus Public Foundation after entrance exams at the Hungarian universities.
