JAXA's residential programme for high school students, held at JAXA centres around Japan, where teams tackle a 'space and aeronautics mission' with lectures by JAXA staff and facility tours. The 2027 edition has not been announced yet.
A residential programme run by JAXA (the Taiki school is co-hosted by the town of Taiki, Hokkaido). Participants attend lectures by people working at the front line of space and aeronautics, tour spacecraft, aircraft and research facilities, and work in teams on a mission set by each centre (e.g. rocket engines at Kakuda, aeronautics research at Chofu), finishing with a mission report session.
