A State merit scholarship for Class X passed students ranked on the HSLC merit list of the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur. In 2025 the amount was Rs 6,000 per student per year, for 300 students chosen from ranks 1 to 673. Eligible students are listed in an annexure to the notification and apply on the National Scholarship Portal; renewal is also possible for earlier recipients.
