Over seven years the Education Department has run six hackathons with 11,567 student teams, 1,676 problem statements and Rs 89 lakh in prizes. Top teams can get SSIP 2.0 grant support for a proof of concept, prototype or innovation and for IP, and all teams get exposure to real-world challenges.
