About 40 placements put students in university research teams (lab or field) or an industry placement with the City of Edmonton. Participants work a full week for six weeks at an hourly wage and attend weekly career and professional-skills sessions with STEM role models. Dedicated spots and mentorship are held for Indigenous students.
