The 2248 programme supports the career development of students who succeed in TÜBİTAK's science olympiads, TÜBİTAK Fen Lisesi students and undergraduate scholarship holders through motivation, guidance, experience sharing and feedback. Students and mentors meet face-to-face or by video at least once every two months. For olympiad students mentorship lasts until the next first-stage exam and requires reapplying each year.
