A free nationwide school hardware makeathon run by Team Shaastra of IIT Madras: teams of three students from one school go through an in-school scenario challenge and an online ideation round, then build prototypes on site at IIT Madras.
Participants get expert-led bootcamps (AI, robotics, IoT, 3D design), one-to-one mentorship for finalists, access to IIT Madras hardware labs and a three-day build at the Shaastra festival. Winners receive prizes, all finalists printed certificates and all participants digital certificates. Only hardware prototypes are accepted.
