Wipro Consumer Care and Wipro Cares offer Rs 30,000 a year, for the duration of the course, to girls from disadvantaged backgrounds who finish Class 12 at a government school and start an undergraduate course. The 2027-28 call has not been announced.

A recurring annual programme: about 1,000 girls are supported each year, with scholarships continuing through the degree for those who remain eligible. Humanities, liberal arts and pure sciences are encouraged alongside professional courses, and students from backward districts are preferred. The Wipro Foundation page lists Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana; the programme site for 2026-27 also mentions Chhattisgarh, so check the state list for the new cycle.
