Paid work-based learning in Philadelphia for ages 14–18: Junior PYNtern for rising 9th–10th graders and Senior PYNtern with about 100 hours of paid worksite experience for rising 11th–12th graders.

Junior PYNtern is mostly classroom-based career exposure over 6–8 weeks. Senior PYNtern blends weekly professional-skills sessions (communication, project management, digital tools, financial literacy) with paid hands-on work across Philadelphia. About 400 opportunities run each year.
