PM YASASVI Top Class Education in Schools for OBC, EBC and DNT Students 2026-27
A central scheme that funds the schooling of meritorious OBC, EBC and DNT students in selected Top Class Schools from Class 9 to Class 12, with up to Rs 75,000 a year for Classes 9-10 and Rs 1,25,000 a year for Classes 11-12.

Part of the PM YASASVI umbrella of the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment (Backward Classes). Top Class Schools are Central, State, local-body, aided or private schools that consistently secure 100% pass results in Classes 10 and 12 and are empanelled by a selection committee. Slots for each State and class are allotted by OBC population, at least 30% are reserved for girls, and selection is by merit in the previous class's final exam.
