Singapore's national cybersecurity olympiad for secondary and JC students, modelled on the International Cybersecurity Olympiad (ICO) and run annually by NUS School of Computing's CeNCE.

The NCO uses a Capture-The-Flag (CTF) format in which students individually solve challenges in cryptography, reverse engineering, web exploitation, binary exploitation and forensics. In 2026 the top 8 finalists were drafted into the ICO national team for further training by CSIT. AI tools are heavily restricted.
