Tuition-free (grant) bachelor's places in nuclear physics, nuclear energy and power engineering at the Tashkent branch of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, won through entrance exams in Maths, Physics and Russian.

The Tashkent branch of MEPhI admits bachelor's students on both grant (state-funded) and paid-contract places. In 2026 it offered 25 grant places each in Nuclear Energy and Thermophysics, Nuclear Physics and Technologies, Heat Power Engineering, and Electric Power Engineering. Applicants take written exams in Mathematics, Physics and Russian, each scored out of 100 with a minimum of 40. Contract study cost 25,000,000 UZS a year in 2026. Results are published on the branch website.
