A Ministry of National Education cooking competition for vocational high school teams, with regional rounds across Türkiye and a national/international final on Turkic-world cuisine.
Organised by MEB's General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education with TİKA, the competition celebrates the shared culinary heritage of the Turkic world. In 2026, 407 teams and 1,221 students from all 81 provinces competed; 17 regional champion teams reached the national final, and 12 teams from 8 countries competed in the international category.
