High School Employment-Linked Incentive 2026 (for 3rd-year vocational students)
A 5 million won government incentive for 3rd-year students at vocational high schools (or general high schools' vocational commissioned courses) who get a job at a small or mid-sized company; applications are open now until 31 December 2026.

The incentive encourages vocational high-school graduates to start careers at small and medium-sized or mid-sized companies. Eligibility of employment is checked only through employment-insurance records, working at least 15 hours a week. Students who do not apply within the window cannot receive the incentive even if they are employed.
