Selects high-achieving 3rd-year high-school students with leadership in the Jeonnam area: 1 million won in year 3, then 4 million won a year through university graduation if they enter their chosen university and major.

Ten new scholars were planned in spring 2026. Selection: grades 40, income 20, interview 40 points, plus up to 10 bonus points for local community activities. If a new scholar enters the university and department they hoped for in the following spring (not after a gap year), support continues for the regular length of the degree (up to 7 years, excluding leave). It can be received alongside other organisations' scholarships.
