Genç Başarı Eğitim Vakfı's Junior Achievement company programme: high-school teams set up and run a real mini-company at school with business mentors, compete in the GençBizz Türkiye Final and can earn the international ESP certificate.

Teams of 5-10 students found a company with zero capital, elect a board, develop and sell a real product or service, attend fairs and liquidate the company at the end of the year. After semi-final evaluation by independent juries, 15 companies reach the national final. The programme is implemented in all 81 provinces under a protocol with MEB.
