The national program awards 500 scholarships for full-time four-year undergraduate study at accredited U.S. institutions. Applications advance through lodge, district and state judging. The top 20 must attend Leadership Weekend in Chicago to receive the top award. College location is chosen by the recipient. Male and female applicants are judged separately.
