British Columbia Secondary School Mathematics Contest 2027

A two-round provincial math contest run by math faculty at colleges and universities across BC for students in grades 8-12; a preliminary round is written in schools and a final round at a host institution.

The contest has a junior section for grades 8-10 and a senior section for grades 11-12 in each round. The preliminary round has 12 multiple-choice questions (45 minutes) marked in the school; the final round is written at the hosting institution. Provincial summaries and past contests with solutions are available.
