Youth on the Youth Register (Yoshlar daftari) aged 16-31 can get back 50% of their fees for foreign-language and general school-subject courses at private education centres, plus the cost of national certificate exams.
Young people included in the Youth Register can have 50% of their study costs for foreign languages and general education subjects at non-state education organisations compensated, up to five times the base calculation amount in total. The cost of sitting national certificate exams in those subjects is also compensated. The benefit is administered by the Youth Affairs Agency through its local departments.
