A volunteering and leadership pathway for 16-17 year olds who support their local Young Archaeologists' Club branch, with an optional 24-month Progression Pathway and mentoring.
Young Leaders help deliver activities, support YAC members and contribute to their club's planning, gaining leadership and youth-work skills. The optional Progression Pathway includes review meetings every three months with certificates at milestones and gives evidence for college, apprenticeship or job applications.
